Okay I am VERY nervous about this. Especially posting it with my face, but I thought all the other girls do it too :)
As you can see, the difference is “only” 3 kg (about 6 pounds), however I believe I have lost a great amount of body fat and gained muscle. I lift HEAVY weights about 2 times a week and run atleast 3 times as well. I sometimes do yoga and love walking instead of taking public transpo. I eat healthy, I think everything is OK in moderation!
I am still not quite done yet. I wanted to be 58 kgs but that might be too little. I just want to be generally slimmer, especially around my tights c:Point is: don’t give up! Keep going! (note to self :) do you guys see change or is it just me? :D
